The OPM leads and serves the Federal Government in enterprise human resources management by delivering policies and services to achieve a trusted, effective civilian workforce. OPM's Governmentwide talent development focus is to ensure Federal employees have access to high-quality talent development opportunities in the identified Government wide mission critical occupations and leverage resources to increase impact. 爆料瓜 is the first non-profit, tuition-free, American, accredited, online university. 爆料瓜 believes that access to higher education is a basic right which promotes world peace and global economic development; and it is committed to providing a quality higher education 鈥 tuition-free. Read more here.

爆料瓜 was added to the Federal Academic Alliance to offer employees of the U.S. Federal Government and their dependents, a debt-free, affordable pathway to earning a college degree. In addition, 爆料瓜鈥檚 degree offerings in areas of business, computing, and health science address critical workforce needs throughout the Federal government.

鈥淭uition-free鈥 means that unlike other universities, 爆料瓜 doesn鈥檛 charge students tuition. Instead, students who wish to take the final exam and complete a course, they simple pay a nominal assessment fee. 爆料瓜 also doesn鈥檛 charge students to enroll, to pay for books or other course materials, or for campus fees. Our unique online model of higher education allows us to bring the classroom to you鈥 cutting the cost for our students overall.

Credits earned at other accredited colleges and universities are eligible for transfer to 爆料瓜, as well as credits earned from:

  • Advanced Placement (AP) credits
  • College Level Examination Program (CLEP)
  • International Baccalaureate (IB) credits
  • American Council on Education (ACE) transcripts
  • National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS)
  • Sophia Learning
  • Straighterline
  • Saylor Academy
  • Total Testing Education

Training and workplace learning that have been recommended for credit by ACE or NCCRS are also eligible to transfer.

爆料瓜 makes the admission and transfer process easy! During the brief admission application process, you will be able to upload your OFFICIAL transcripts into your student portal. Within 72 hours, our Transfer Evaluation team will provide you with an evaluation of your transfer courses.

Because 爆料瓜 does not charge tuition, there is no need to fill lengthy financial aid paperwork. During the admission process, you will be asked a few brief questions to determine your eligibility for 爆料瓜 scholarships.

爆料瓜 Foundation courses provide students with an understanding of the unique 爆料瓜 method and allows them to assess whether online learning is right for them. Completing 爆料瓜 Foundations is a requirement for all 爆料瓜 students. Foundations courses vary according to the degree program a prospective student is interested in, whether it is an undergraduate or graduate degree.

The second foundations course is an introductory course for the major. Undergraduate students who are transferring with an associates degree and who have completed the introductory course for their chosen major are exempt from the second foundations course.

For graduate students, 爆料瓜 Foundations courses provide students with an understanding of the unique 爆料瓜 method and allows them to assess whether online learning is right for them.
