You keep ownership

You keep ownership of everything you upload. This agreement covers the rights you give us to run the library and the site.

License you give us

When you upload content you grant ZT Management Limited Company (trvl up) a worldwide, permanent, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license, with the right to sublicense, to use, host, store, copy, resize, edit, adapt, display, distribute and make available that content and its descriptions, tags and metadata. This includes:

running the library and letting members use content under the Content Use License;
promoting trvl up on our site, social media and advertising;
using AI tools to write titles, tags and alt text and to check content;
limited training and improvement of our internal AI models, which are not sold or licensed to others;
licensing content to vendors for advertising, if you opt in to paid licensing in your profile.

Credit

We do not have to credit you. We may show credit where it is practical, and some imported items need credit under their own licenses.

What you promise

You own the content or have all rights needed to give us this license.
You have every release needed from people, properties and others shown or heard in it. Do not upload identifiable people without their permission.
The content does not infringe anyone's rights, break the law or break the Community Guidelines.
You will tell us if you learn any of this is untrue.
This promise applies to every upload you make, each time, without a separate checkbox.

Review and removal

We review uploads before they appear, and may approve, edit, reject or remove content at our discretion. You may ask us to remove content, but we do not have to. We will remove content when the law requires it, for example after a valid copyright notice, an intimate-image request, a court order or a privacy request that must be honored.

When content is removed, copies members already downloaded and uses already published may continue. We stop offering new downloads.

Paid licensing for vendors

If you opt in, vendors may license your content for their advertising. We handle payment, keep a service fee that is shown to you before you opt in, and pay you the rest. Separate payment and vendor licensing terms apply when this feature launches. Opting out stops new vendor licenses; licenses already granted continue.

If you leave

Closing your account does not end the license for content you already uploaded. Your personal details are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
