What this covers
Intimate images or videos of a person that were shared without their consent, including those made or altered with AI, are not allowed on trvl up.
How to ask for removal
If you are the person shown, or you are authorized to act for them, use the form at /legal/report or email [email protected] with the subject line "Intimate image removal". Include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- enough information to find the content, such as the page address;
- a brief statement of your good-faith belief that the image is intimate and was shared without consent;
- how to contact you.
What we do
We remove valid requests within 48 hours of receiving them and make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies. We may remove content on a request in good faith even if it later turns out the request was wrong.
