Who we are

trvl up is run by ZT Management Limited Company, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110 ("trvl up", "we", "us"). These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Contributor Agreement, Content Use License and Community Guidelines, are one agreement between you and us.

By creating an account, uploading content or using the site you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who can use trvl up

You must be 18 or older.
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Some parts of the site are only for verified travel advisors or people we invite. We decide who gets access and may change or remove access at any time.

What trvl up is

trvl up is a library of travel photos and video, plus a list of supplier discounts, FAM trips and events. We do not sell, book or arrange travel. Offers, prices, codes and trips are provided by vendors and agents, who are solely responsible for them. Check details with the supplier before relying on them.

Uploading content

Anyone may upload content. You keep ownership of what you upload.
By uploading you grant us the license in the Contributor Agreement and promise you own the content or have the rights to use it, and have any releases needed from people or properties shown.
We review uploads before they appear in the library. We may approve, edit, reject, remove or restrict any content at our discretion.
Content must follow the Community Guidelines.

Using content from the library

Content in the library may be used only under the Content Use License. Content imported from other sources, such as Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay or Creative Commons, stays under its own license terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
upload content you do not have the right to share;
scrape, bulk copy or resell the library, or use it to train AI models;
try to get around access limits, rights checks or security;
send spam, malware or misleading content, or impersonate anyone.

Sponsorships, leads and licensing

Some features let travel agents sponsor creators, route traveler leads through a form hosted by trvl up, or let vendors license content for advertising. Those features have their own terms, which become part of this agreement when the feature launches.

Prizes

Any prize draw is governed by its own official rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Removal and ending your account

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break this agreement or put the site or others at risk, and we end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright. Removing your account does not undo licenses already granted for content you uploaded; see the Contributor Agreement.

Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that content or offers are accurate, complete or lawful to use in your situation.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, trvl up and its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Your responsibility

You agree to defend and reimburse us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of library content, or your breach of this agreement.

Disputes

New Mexico law governs this agreement. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we waive any right to bring or join a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing [email protected]. If this section is found unenforceable, disputes will go to the state or federal courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Changes

We may update this agreement. For material changes we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Small corrections do not need a new acceptance. If you do not accept a material change, you may not be able to keep using the site.
